Our Farm
V Šavrinskem gričevju vije se vaška cesta – med oljčniki in vinogradi, z jasami in gozdovi obdana, obvarovana pred sunki burje in ostrino sončnih žarkov – vijuga, in si pot vtira na Kmetijo Stolica.
In the Šavrin hills a village road winds between olive groves and vineyards, surrounded by glades within forests, protected from the gusts of the Bora and the sharpness of the sunrays – the path winds its way to the Stolica Farm.

Olive varieties
Prevladujeta oljčni vrsti Leccino in Istrska belica. Gojimo pa tudi Arbequina, Buga, Cipressino, Črnica, Frantoio, Grignan, Leccione, Maurino, Moraliolo in Oblico.
The Leccino, and the Istrska belica are the two predominate varieties. We also grow Arbequina, Buga, Cipressino, Črnica, Frantoio, Grignan, Leccione, Maurino, Moraliolo, and Oblica.

S predanostjo, srčnostjo in trdim delom, ročno oberemo vse oljčnike na posestvu.
Naše olje je ekstra deviško, najvišje kakovosti, pridobljeno neposredno iz mehanskega postopka hladnega stiskanja oljk.
With dedication, heart and hard work, we hand-pick all the olive trees on the estate.
Our oil is extra virgin, of the highest quality, obtained directly from the mechanical process of cold pressing olives.
